New holy grille of Habib ibn Madhaher completed and on the way to Karbala
The new grille was manufactured in the Iranian province of Alborz
After two and a half years of continuous work in Iran, the new holy grille of Habib ibn Mudhaher al-Asadi was completed and is now on its way to Karbala to be installed.
The new grille was manufactured in the Iranian province of Alborz and financed by donations from Ahlulbayt followers.
The farewell ceremony of the grille took place with the participation of Shias in the city of Karaj, before it departed heading to the holy city of Karbala.
Habib ibn Mudhaher’s new grille measures 3 meters in height, 2.68 meters in length, 1.76 meters in width and is estimated to weigh nearly 7 tons.
