Imam Ali Holy Shrine laid with red carpet as part of commemorating mournful Muharram

Employees working in the Service Department at Imam Ali Holy Shrine laid Al-Haydari Courtyard with red carpets as part of their services for the mourning processions in the mournful month of Muharram.
The Assistant Head of the Service Affairs Department Haider al-Issawi said in a statement to the digital content: “The employees of the department began to lay the courtyard with red carpet, and the area that has been covered is estimated at more than 15,000 square meters.”
Al-Issawi pointed out: “This work in its entirety is part of the preparations and services provided by the holy shrine for the mourning processions, which pass next to the Al-Haydari Courtyard to commemorate the Husseini rituals.”
