The Supervising Cleric of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, Sheikh Abdul-Mehdi al-Kerbalaey met with Indonesian ambassador to Iraq, Mr. Sefezeen Noor al-Deen.
Noor al-Deen visited the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, following the end of his duty in Iraq.
The Imam Hussein Holy Shrine had opened a branch of its Quran Center in Jakarta, Capital of Indonesia. Consequently, many Quranic activities began to proliferate throughout Southeast Asia. Therefore, both sides discussed some issues concerning the mutual cooperation of the Quranic activities between the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine and the Asian countries.
