Grand Ayatollah Vahid Khorasani Offers Guidance to Arbaeen Pilgrims, Calling for Sincerity and Devotion

Grand Ayatollah Sheikh Hossein Vahid Khorasani has called on believers to honor the Arbaeen pilgrimage of Imam Hussein by preparing themselves for a renewed expression of sincerity, devotion, and mourning for Imam Hussein, while maintaining their spiritual connection with Imam al-Mahdi.

In previous remarks ahead of Arbaeen, the senior Shia scholar urged believers to commemorate the occasion with deep respect and spiritual awareness, stating that the day of Arbaeen should become an expression of sincerity, affection, and condolences to Imam al-Mahdi, may Allah hasten his reappearance.

According to reports, Grand Ayatollah Vahid Khorasani referred to the Arbaeen pilgrimage, based on narrations from the Ahlulbayt, as one of the signs of faith and emphasized its profound spiritual significance. He highlighted that, according to the teachings of Ahlulbayt, visiting Imam Hussein is deeply connected to monotheism, spiritual elevation, and closeness to God.

Addressing Arbaeen pilgrims, he recommended that they pray for the reappearance of Imam al-Mahdi during their journey, recite Surah Al-Ikhlas, and dedicate its reward to Imam Hussein, seeking divine blessings and spiritual reward through the pilgrimage.
