Pilgrims from various countries continue to arrive in Iraq through border crossings to participate in the Arbaeen pilgrimage of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), as authorities and service organizations prepare to receive millions of visitors in the holy city of Karbala.

Several pilgrims from Asian countries praised the extensive services provided by Hussaini processions along the walking routes, highlighting the hospitality, generosity and social solidarity they witnessed. They said these efforts reflect the values of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), including sacrifice, compassion and service to others.

Participants described Arbaeen as an exceptional spiritual and humanitarian experience that brings together millions of people from different nationalities, cultures and languages in a peaceful and unified gathering. Many characterized it as one of the world’s largest religious events, distinguished by widespread public participation and volunteer-based services.

First-time visitors also expressed appreciation for the warm reception they received in Iraq and the free services offered by Hussaini processions to pilgrims without discrimination.
