Coinciding with the Eid al-Ghadeer commemoration in Najaf, a special exhibition was held featuring ancient manuscripts, historic Qur’ans, and valuable archival documents, attracting scholars, students, and the public.
The collection highlights a portion of the scientific and cultural heritage of the Islamic world, offering visitors a unique opportunity to explore the history of Islamic written tradition.
According to the Shia Waves Agency, the exhibition includes handwritten Qur’ans over a thousand years old alongside rare historical documents, some of which are being displayed to the public for the first time.
Organizers stated that the exhibition aims to promote the culture of Wilayah, spread the message of Eid al-Ghadeer, and introduce Islamic scientific and cultural heritage to younger generations, strengthening awareness and appreciation of the Islamic intellectual legacy.
