On 7 Rabi’ al-Awwal, the Imam Hussein Media Group organized a commemoration of Sayyida Narjis (peace be upon her), mother of Imam al-Mahdi (may Allah hasten his reappearance).

Grand Ayatollah Sayed Sadiq Hosseini Shirazi highlighted in a handwritten statement that honoring Sayyida Narjis (peace be upon her) reflects reverence for divine symbols and a demonstration of piety. His Eminence emphasized the importance of holding special ceremonies to honour her status and legacy.

The statement also encouraged believers to organize events that introduce Sayyida Narjis as a model of faith, purity, and devotion, showcasing her exemplary role as the spouse of Imam Hasan al-Askari (peace be upon him) and mother of Imam al-Mahdi (may Allah hasten his reappearance).
