Hazrat Zahra Mawkib Serves Pilgrims on Difficult Desert Route
————————–
According to a report from Shia Waves Persian, the Mawkib of Hazrat Zahra has been set up in the desert of Dhi Qar to serve pilgrims on one of the most difficult routes to Karbala. The Mawkib, which was established in 2004, is located on a ninety-kilometer desert path with sparse services.
Despite the intense heat and limited resources, the group continues to organize this walk annually with a strong sense of determination and patience. The report notes that only eight such service stations from Dhi Qar and Diwaniyah are available to accommodate the participants. The walk is described as a symbol of sincerity and commitment to the pilgrimage of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him).
