100 journalists killed in ongoing war on Gaza Strip, official media says

The killing of one more journalist in the Gaza Strip by the ongoing Israeli attacks has brought the total number of journalists killed since the inception of war in Oct. 7 to 100, the government media office said on Telegram on Friday.

According to local health authorities, the war in Gaza Strip has resulted in the killing of at least 20,258 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and injuring more than 53,000.

More than two thirds of Gaza’s 2.3 million inhabitants have been displaced over the past eight weeks, and UN agencies and international organizations such as the International Committee of the Red Cross have reported substantial obstacles in delivering aid to those in need.
