Parachinar, a town in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, saw the murder of another follower of Ahlul-Bayt, peace be upon them, on grounds of his Shia identity.
According to initial reports, the armed terrorists opened fire on the passengers of a car going to Parachinar, killing Arif Hussain and injuring Iqtidar Hussain and Mehdi Hussain.
There have been many faith-based incidents of killing Shiites in Parachinar. In May, 4 Shia teachers were also killed on the basis of Shia identity, but the killers were not arrested.
