Holy Karbala-based Sayyeda Fatima al-Zahra Foundation distributes bedroom furniture to newly-weds

The Sayyeda Fatima al-Zahra Foundation, in the holy city of Karbala, announced today, Thursday, that it had distributed gifts to dozens of the newly-weds to encourage and support them in light of the difficult economic conditions.

The president the Foundation, His Eminence Hujjat-ul-Islam wa-al-Muslimeen Sheikh Ali Al-Mujahid, told Shia Waves Agency that ” on the occasion of the second Eid Al-Ghadeer, the foundation carried out this humanitarian activity to economically help the newly-weds in the holy city of Karbala.”

He added that “the Sayyeda Fatima al-Zahra Foundation distributed the first batch of its gifts, represented by bedroom furniture to help young people establish a successful foundation for their life.”

He pointed out that “the activities of the charitable, cultural and humanitarian Foundation are based on the instructions and directions of the Supreme Religious Authority, His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, calling for the need to facilitate marriage for the believers.”
