The Karbala-based mourning procession of Abdullah al-Raḍī, a Husseini procession named after the infant of Imam Hussein, peace be upon them, held its mourning ceremonies inside the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain, peace be upon him, amid a broad participation of young men and children.
The organizers of the procession spoke to the Shia Waves correspondent saying that, “What distinguishes this mourning procession is that only young men and children attend it; as young Hussein orator and poet deliver their activities to the attendees.”
They emphasized that such religious ceremonies educate young people and children on the love and devotion of Islam and Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, to be able to spread the message of the Master of Martyrs.
