Muslim group reports reveals over 98% of FBI watchlist entries target Muslim names

A report released by the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), which was released this week, exposes the FBI’s use of the Terrorism Screening Database, with more than 98% of entries being Muslim names.

CAIR analyzed over 1.5 million entries obtained from a leaked 2019 version of the watchlist and highlighted that the FBI’s secret list has caused hardship and fear within the Muslim community for two decades.

The report urges President Joe Biden to address this issue and warns that the next targets of the list will be fellow Americans.
