Int’l Nonviolence Organization sends message to great powers on World Environment Day

The International Nonviolence Organization (The Free Muslim) has sent a message to the great powers calling on them to reduce the scale of the disasters caused by its factories facilities.

The Organization said on the World Environment Day that, “The Free Muslim joins other environment organizations in their demands to the great powers to reduce the effects of its factories and facilities, which are aggravating global warming.”

The Organization explained that carbon dioxide emissions, lethal fumes and plastic remnants had caused severe air pollution all over the planet.

It added deforestation, drought and the damage caused to the rivers and seas are among the dangers these facilities pose.

The Nonviolence Organization reiterated its demands to adopt procedures to confront this global crisis.

Led by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and held annually on 5 June since 1973, World Environment Day is the largest global platform for environmental public outreach and is celebrated by millions of people across the world.
