The local government of Holy Karbala has reaffirmed its endeavors to provide a transportation system that can meet the growing numbers of pilgrims during massive pilgrimages.
The first deputy of Karbala’s Governor, Jassim Al-Fatlawi, said in a statement followed by Shia Waves Agency, that, “The government is exerting efforts to find solutions for transporting pilgrims during massive pilgrimages.”
Al-Fatlawi added that, “We have ideas, visions and proposals, based on accumulated experience, to solve this problem.”
It is worth mentioning that Al-Fatlawi had attended the meetings of Mesbah Al-Hussein Foundation, for Relief and Development, on its ‘Karbala Vision Project’.
