Karbala Vision Project gains more official traction as members intensify efforts

As Mesbah Al-Hussein Foundation, for Relief and Development, is intensifying efforts on its developmental project “Karbala Vision Project 2030: 50 million pilgrims during Arba’een Pilgrimage”, the sitting committee for massive pilgrimages has announced its plans to establish infrastructure needed to accommodate the growing numbers of pilgrims.

The committee confirmed in a statement followed by Shia Waves Agency that it continues its meetings to discuss the plans laid to accommodate the millions of pilgrims to the holy shrines of AhlulBayet, peace be upon them.

The recent meeting has discussed the requirements needed to facilitate the flow of pilgrims during the massive pilgrimage, through border crossings.

It is worth mentioning that this developmental project is based on the directives of the Supreme Religious Authority, His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, who repeatedly emphasizes the importance of providing the best of services to the honorable pilgrims.
