Construction works underway at Iraq’s religious sites

The Secretariat-General of the Shia Holy Shrines in Iraq has revealed, today Monday, that construction works are underway in a number of holy sites.

The Secretariat-General said that these projects are launched in order to accommodate the increasing numbers of pilgrims from Iraq and other countries.

In a statement received by Shia Waves Agency, the Secretariat-General said that, “Construction work is underway at Prophet Ayoub’s shrine in Hilla province and Sayyed Ibrahim’s shrine in Muthana province.”
