On Wednesday, the Iraqi Joint Operations Command revealed that there are expected operations to pursue the remnants of the ISIS terrorist organization to eliminate it completely, indicating the success of the Heroes of Victory Operations.

The spokesman for the Command, Major General Tahsin al-Khafaji, said in a statement, that the Victory Operations in Kirkuk depended on the high intelligence effort, which contributed to its success without any losses among the Iraqi forces.

Al-Khafaji added that the forces succeeded in killing about 20 terrorists during the operations and destroying dozens of hideouts, noting that the Joint Operations Command is determined to launch operations against terrorist elements and to declare Iraq free of terrorist organizations soon.
