Afghanistan: Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi distributes sacrificial meat to needy families

The Office of the Supreme Shia Authority, Grand Ayatollah Shirazi, in Mazar Sharif, North of Afghanistan, prepared and distributed Zabiha meat on the night of Ramadan 18th, 2023.

The act was inspired by the teachings of Amir al-Mu’minin (peace be upon him), who was fatally injured on such a night while praying.

Tens of needy families and orphans in Mazar Sharif received portions of meat to remember the Commander of the Faithful, who was invariably caring of those in need.
