The sacred courtyard of Imam Hussain’s shrine is now the arena for group Quranic competitions in 10 different fields.
Jihad Al-Asadi, the coordinator of these competitions, added: “We have organized these competitions with the aim to benefit more from the spiritual atmosphere of the holy month of Ramadan, and to institutionalize Quran in our society.”
