Samarra Operations receives one of terrorists involved in the bombing of dome of al-Askariyain Holy Shrine

The Samarra Operations Command announced that one of the terrorists involved in the bombing of the al-Askariyain Holy Shrine dome in Samarra and in the killing of the journalist, Atwar Bahjat has been received.

The Samarra Operations Command announced that one of the terrorists involved in the bombing of the al-Askariyain Holy Shrine dome in Samarra and in the killing of the journalist, Atwar Bahjat has been received.

“One of the terrorists involved in the bombing of the dome of al-Askariyain Holy Shrine and the killing of the journalist, Atwar Bahjat was received,” said Samarra Operations Commander, Major General Imad al-Zuhairi. He added “The terrorist has a large criminal record for his participation in terrorist organizations.”

Al-Zuhairi continued saying, “The terrorist was in Sulaimaniyah prison for two years under a false title before he was identified by the intelligence of the Samarra operations and was taken to the judiciary with his true identity and terrorist record.”

The terrorist, Abbas Anifa, was presented to the judiciary this morning, where he will be referred to Tikrit for further investigation.
