Shirazi-affiliated Anwar al-Jawadain Foundation holds annual conference on blessed birth of Imam al-Mahdi

The Anwar Al-Jawadin Foundation, affiliated to Grand Ayatollah Shirazi, held on Shaaban 11, 1444 AH the second annual conference in Iraq’s Capital, Baghdad entitled (The Pole of the Earth and the Overflowing Generosity of the Sky) on the blessed occasion of the birth of Imam Al-Mahdi, may God Almighty bring forward his honorable appearance.

The conference was attended by scholars, clerics academics, representatives of Religious authorities, and a group of AhlulBayet followers.

Hujjat al-Islam, Sheikh Rasul al-Umayy, the representative of His Eminence, the Grand Ayatollah al-Shirazi, delivered his speech on Imam al-Mahdi and the significance of the Mid-Sha’ban Day based on narrations of the Imams of AhlulByaet, peace be upon them.

Other blessed activities were held during the ceremony, reciters read poems in the honor of Imam al-Mahdi and AhlulBayet, peace be upon them.
