The Command said in a statement that it carried out a search operation on the island of Maksheva, where they found eight IEDs from the remnants of ISIS terrorist organization – detonated all of them under control – and in another duty found 23 explosive devices during a search between the boundaries of Samarra Operations Command and Salahuddin Operations Command.
It added that based on information from the National Security Office in Dhuluiya about the presence of ammunition caches in Bishkan area, the forces were able to find it along with 14 82mm-mortar bombs, 4 60mm-mortar bombs, one hand grenade, one rocket launcher, in addition to the arrest of two wanted criminals.
