Shia leader nullifies Taliban terrorist allegations: Discriminatory measures are practiced against Hazaras and Shias
The leader of the Afghan People’s Unity Party, Muhammad Muhaqiq, confirmed that the Taliban terrorist movement, while claiming to eliminate ethnic and religious discrimination, has taken discriminatory measures against Hazaras and Shias.
Muhaqiq wrote on his Facebook page that the terrorist Taliban movement is sending 1,500 soldiers from Paktia to Bamiyan these days to maneuver in Yakulang, Punjab and Faras regions and cause panic among the people.
Muhaqiq added, “the other movement against Hazaras is to separate the Malistan region from the body of Ghazni province, and add it to the Daykundi province, and this will make it difficult for the residents of this region to reach the provincial capital.”
He confirmed that, in another case, Taliban detained Hazara sheikhs to force them to surrender their good lands.
