Iran: Inauguration of Imam Ali Airport, peace be upon him, on the island of Greater Tunb

Imam Ali Airport, peace be upon him, was officially opened on the island of Greater Tunb, and the first flight route between the capital, Tehran, and the island in southern Iran was inaugurated.
During the opening ceremony, the Civil Aviation Organization, said that medium-class planes can land and take off at this airport, and that the inauguration of airlines from various regions to this island plays a major role in boosting the morale of the families of military personnel who are in service to defend their homeland.
It added, “Operation of regular and continuous flights to the Greater Tunb Island, with the provision of necessary airport facilities, provides the basis for easy travel from some areas such as Bandar Abbas and Bandar Linka to this island.”
