New Iraqi convoy walking towards the holy shrines in Iran arrives at the house of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi

A new Iraqi convoy of pilgrims walking on foot towards the holy shrines in Iran has arrived at the house of the Supreme Religious Authority, Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, may his shadow last in the holy city of Qom.
The official website stated, “The al-Sadeeqa al-Shaheeha convoy of pilgrims arrived at the house of His Eminence, following a long journey on foot from the Iraqi capital Baghdad, to visit the holy shrines in Iran”.
He added, that the members of the convoy, during their presence at the house of Eminence, participated in the scientific sessions and daily meetings held there.
The recent period witnessed the influx of many convoys from various Iraqi provinces, walking on the holy shrines, to visit the shrines of the Ahulbayt, peace be upon them, in Iran.
