The Middle Euphrates Operations Command confirmed on Monday that there are no roadblocks in the 10th of Muharram plan except in cases of extreme necessity.
The command said in a statement that the Operations Command held a security conference to discuss the security plan prepared by security leaders on the preparation for the month of Muharram and the day of Ashura, where there will be precautionary and proactive operations throughout the province.
The statement added that preparations this year began early in order to provide the best security services to pilgrims and maintain the sustainability of security and order as well as to avoid the threats that may occur, pointing out that there will be no roadblocks except in cases of extreme necessity.
