Misbah al-Hussein Foundation provides free legal services to more than 65 beneficiaries within 8 months
The Legal Care Center at Misbah al-Hussein Foundation for Relief and Development in Karbala announced that it had provided free legal services to more than 65 beneficiaries who were referred from international and local institutions in the province.
The Foundation said in a statement received by Shia Waves, “The Legal Center, which includes a team of lawyers and legal experts, provided extensive legal services during the current year, and came within its humanitarian services to support the underprivileged, families of orphans and those in dire need of assistance.”
It added, “The legal team was able to provide legal services to more than 65 beneficiaries since the beginning of this year until August, from various districts of the holy city of Karbala.”
The statement explained that “the services consisted of following up with the courts and government departments, issuing personal documents,” noting that “they were referred by our partners in other organizations, as well as the chosen areas and residential neighborhoods.”
The statement pointed out that “most of the legal cases referred to the center have been completed and addressed, and there are other cases under implementation.”
The foundation confirmed, according to its statement, that “the legal center continues to provide its legal services free of charge.”
It is noteworthy that the Misbah al-Hussein Foundation is one of the active institutions that work under the auspices of the Office of the Supreme Religious Authority, Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi in Karbala.
