On Sunday, the streets of the British capital, London, witnessed the launch of the largest mourning procession for Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, in which hundreds of followers of Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them, participated in commemoration of the Ashura tragedy.
Shia Muslims in Britain participated in the mourning procession that roamed the main streets of the capital, London, carrying Husseini banners that introduced the cause of the Master of the Martyrs, peace be upon him, and the injustice that befell him on the painful day of Ashura.
The march was not limited to Shia mourners only, British officials also participated in solidarity with them in commemorating the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him. Roads were also prepared and the march was secured by the security services and municipal departments.
