The Ahlulbayt Center, affiliated with the Shirazi Religious Authority in the city of Majunga in the Republic of Madagascar, commemorated the martyrdom anniversary of Imam al-Sadiq, peace be upon him.
The center said in a statement, that the mourning ceremonies started from last Friday night to commemorate the sorrowful occasion.
It added, that the ceremonies were attended by a group of followers of the Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them, and included religious lectures on the biography of Imam al-Sadiq, peace be upon them, and his role in spreading the true religion of Islam.
