Mass grave containing the remains of 700 people dating back to the nineties of the last century found in Dhi Qar

An Iraqi security source said that a mass grave dating back to the 1990s has been found in Dhi Qar province.
The source said in a statement, “A mass grave was found in the city of Nasiriyah in Dhi Qar province, dating back to 1991.”
It stated, “The grave includes the remains of more than 700 people, including children and women.”
Another source stated that the grave was found by a number of workers in the village of Sayed Dahab, and has been excavated recently.
