Approval of the construction project for the largest mosque in North West England

The local council of the English city of Blackburn approved a project to build the largest mosque in the northwest region of the country.
The council approved a project to build a large mosque in the city after the project was rejected by a number of members.
The Muslim owners of ASDA department store donated to build the mosque, which was legislated for by the city council.
The advisor of the liberal Democratic Party, Paul Brown, declared in a previous speech that the height of the minaret and the sound of the call to prayer are among the problems that led to the rejection of the project previously.
It is expected that the mosque will cost 5 million pounds (6.9 million dollars to build and will be the largest in the northwest of the country.
