International Nonviolence Organization condemns the assassination of Pakistani activist Karima Baloch

The International Nonviolence Organization, Free Muslim, expressed its deep dissatisfaction with the killing of the Pakistani activist Karima Baloch, holding the Canadian authorities responsible for revealing the parties that committed this heinous crime.
The organization said in a statement that the late Karima Baloch is one of the most prominent activists opposed to the policies of the Pakistani authority, and one of the most prominent figures who were calling for political and administrative reform in Pakistan, adding that the body of the activist was found dead near Central Island in Toronto, Canada.
It confirmed that the deceased had previously received several threats to limit her opposition political activities, while a number of her close associates were subjected to enforced disappearances, whose fate has not yet been revealed.
The organization stressed that the Canadian investigative measures do not rise to the level of the event, which raises suspicion and calls for verification.
