Two people killed and others wounded in explosion in the Afghan capital


Kabul Police announced that at least two people were killed and two others were wounded following an explosion in the city on Sunday morning.
Afghan TV channel quoted Kabul police spokesman saying that the explosion occurred at 7:45 a.m. local time near the Parwan Hotel in Kabul, following the explosion of a magnetic explosive device attached to a Toyota Land Cruiser.
The spokesman did not disclose details about the identity of the victims.
No group, including the Taliban, has yet claimed responsibility for the explosion.
This explosion comes a day after at least one person was killed and four others were wounded after several missiles hit different areas of the capital, Kabul, early yesterday morning, according to the Interior Ministry.
