More than 14 million pilgrims revive Arbaeen this year

In a statement, the Abbas Holy Shrine announced the participation of more than 14 million pilgrims in the revival of Arbaeen this year.
The statement stated that the number of registered pilgrims reached 14,553,308 according to the electronic counting system placed at five main entrances: (Baghdad – Karbala) (Najaf – Karbala) (Babylon – Karbala) (Hussainiyah – Karbala) and (Al-Hur – Karbala) from 9th of Safar until midday Arbaeen (20th of Safar) for the year 1442 AH.
