The holy city of Karbala witnessed a symbolic funeral procession for Sayyeda Zainab, peace be upon her, in commemoration of her painful martyrdom anniversary.
Hundreds of participants gathered at the shrine of Ibn Fahd Al-Hilli, carrying a symbolic coffin in a somber march toward the shrines of Imam Hussein and Al-Abbas, peace be upon them.
The procession included elegies and laments, expressing devotion to Ahlulbayt and condemning historical injustices. The mourners prayed for global peace and the reappearance of Imam Al-Mahdi, may Allah bring forward his hounorable reappearance.
