Catalonia to host 15th Islamic conference on youth and faith

Spain is set to host the 15th Islamic Conference titled “Youth and Faith: Challenges and Opportunities” from November 30 to December 2.

Organized by the Youth Committee of the Union of Islamic Communities of Catalonia (UCIDCAT), in collaboration with the Directorate General of Religious Affairs of Catalonia (DGAR) and the Islamic Commission of Spain (CIE), the event will feature scholars, experts, and Islamic figures.

The conference aims to address the challenges facing Muslim youth regarding religion and spirituality, offering practical guidance through educational workshops and interactive discussions.

Topics will include empowering youth to play an active societal role and addressing mental health issues. Following the success of last year’s 14th conference, this year’s event continues the focus on supporting and engaging Muslim youth.
