A survey released Thursday by Duke University and the Federal Reserve Banks of Atlanta and Richmond reveals that 61% of large US firms intend to implement AI within the next year to automate tasks traditionally handled by employees.
According to the report published by the CNN on Thursday, these tasks range from paying suppliers and processing invoices to financial reporting.
Additionally, some companies are already utilizing AI chatbots like ChatGPT for creative tasks, such as drafting job posts, writing press releases, and developing marketing campaigns.
The survey indicates a growing trend of businesses adopting AI to reduce costs, increase profits, and enhance worker productivity.
