Al-Abbas Holy Shrine-affiliated Quran House launches Ramadan Quran recitation sessions
The Quran House at Al-Abbas Holy Shrine announced today, Tuesday, the start of the Ramadan Quranic recitation sessions, where the first part of the Holy Quran was recited in all branches of the House across Iraq.
Karar Al-Shammari, an official at the Quranic Media Center at Al-Abbas Holy Shrine, explained that the number of recitation sessions reached 150 on the first day of the blessed month of Ramadan, including branches in all Iraqi provinces, including 14 sessions in the center of Holy Karbala.
Al-Shammari added that these Quranic recitation sessions were conducted with the participation of reciters from the holy shrines of Imam Hussein and Al-Abbas, as well as reciters from Arab and Islamic countries.
He continued that the Quran House will organize Quranic seminars and a new program titled “Quranic Knowledge,” which will be broadcast via Zoom daily at 9:00 PM, where prominent Quranic figures will be hosted to discuss Quranic sciences and related topics.
