Mi’sbah Al-Hussein-affiliated Legal Care Centre continues its free-off-charge service to needy families
The administrator of the Legal Care Center at Mi’sbah Al-Hussein Foundation for Relief and Development in Holy Karbala, Mr. Sahib Al-Jashami, stated today, Monday, that the center has continued to provide various legal services to disadvantaged families, including orphans and the needy.
Speaking to Shia Waves Agency, Al-Jashami said that “the center is determined to provide these services to needy families, including orphans and the needy, by communicating with district mayors, as well as various civil society organizations and philanthropists.”
He added that “the center offers significant, new, and useful legal services to families who cannot afford to visit legal offices, pay their costs, fees, and charges.”
Al-Jashami pointed out that “the number of legal cases completed in 2023 reached 136 cases, with the number of beneficiaries reaching 108 individuals, and the number of free legal consultations reaching 62.”
He further stated that “the center disbursed 35 million Iraqi dinars (26,000 USD) to cover the legal services provided for the beneficiary families free of charge during 2023.”
