Canada’s second largest public school board commemorates Islamic Heritage Month

Peel District School Board, Canada’s second largest public school board and one of North America’s largest school boards, commemorates Islamic Heritage Month with the banner of Aba Fadhl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him) the Panjtan Pak, and the Mashk of Lady Ruqayya (peace be upon her).

“Islamic Heritage Month is incomplete without educating people about the Ahlulbayt (peace be upon them), says Malihe Elias, who helped bring the decorations and is a French teacher with the board.
