Global Exiled Journalists Conference Held in Canada Focuses on Freedom of Expression

The third annual conference organized by the Centre for Freedom of Expression was held in Toronto, Canada, bringing together a large number of exiled journalists and media activists to discuss the state of freedom of expression worldwide.
According to Hast-e-Subh Daily, the event was held in conjunction with World Press Freedom Day and was attended by approximately 300 exiled reporters from across the globe.
Journalists from more than 40 countries spanning Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South America participated in the conference, where they exchanged perspectives and highlighted ongoing challenges to press freedom in various regions.
