New sacred zarih dedicated for women inaugurated in Imam Ali Holy Shrine

On the occasion of the Prophet Muhammad’s Ascension (Mab’ath), a new sacred zarih was inaugurated near the head of Imam Ali in the holy shrine, within the Sayyida Ruqayyah portico.

This structure, the closest point to the holy shrine, is dedicated exclusively to female visitors, allowing them to perform their visits in a spiritual atmosphere near the sacred tomb.

The initiative is part of ongoing efforts to improve services for the growing number of visitors, especially during major religious occasions.

In a related context, the Holy Shrine of the Commander of the Faithful has also been decorated with banquets of flowers in commemoration of the Prophet’s Mab’ath.
