Imam Hussein Holy Shrine launches mobile app to search for lost items during Holy Arba’een
Coinciding with the Holy Arbaeen Pilgrimage, the Lost and Found Department at the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain has announced the launch of a mobile application dedicated to searching for and reporting lost items belonging to pilgrims.
Ali al-Hasnawi, head of the department, said in a statement followed by Shia Waves Agency, “In conjunction with the Arbaeen pilgrimage, a mobile application has been launched for searching for and reporting lost items belonging to pilgrims.”
Al-Hasnawi added that, “the purpose of the application is to facilitate the search for all types of lost items by entering the relevant information into the app, as well as allowing pilgrims to report items they have found.”
The official explained that, “the app will increase the chances of recovering lost items by making the search and reporting process easier, and it will reduce the workload on employees by automating information and data within the app using modern methods.”
He further mentioned that “the application was designed and developed by skilled technical staff in the Media Department of the Holy Shrine”, noting that “the application is available on the Android system and can be downloaded directly from the Play Store.”
