Shia mourners in London, Copenhagen commemorate Holy Ashura
The UK Capital, London, along with other cities, witnessed massive processions to commemorate Ashura, where Shia Muslims gathered to honor the martyrdom of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, on the 10th of Muharram.
Videos captured by Shia Waves Agency showed mourners carrying flags and banners of Imam Hussein and signs expressing sorrow and loyalty to the Infallible Imam and his family, peace be upon them.
Similar processions were organized in the Danish Capital, Copenhagen, by Shia communities, who roamed the streets in commemoration of the Holy Ashura event.
Speaking to Shia Waves Agency, Shia mourners affirmed their commitment to following the path of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, emphasizing that their suffering will not be in vain and that the truth will always prevail.
