Shias in Brazil celebrate blessed birth anniversary of Sayyeda Fatimah al-Ma’sumah
Shia Muslims in Curitiba, Brazil, have celebrated the blessed anniversary of the birth of Sayyeda Fatimah al-Ma’sumah, peace be upon her, during ceremonial programs.
The believers held special ceremonial events and programs starting from the Imam Ali Mosque in the city. The events launched under the theme of “Open Door Days” in a special effort to attract non-Muslim Brazilian society and introduce them to the true Shia faith.
They mentioned that these events saw Hussaini gatherings, Quranic sessions, seminars, as well as programs for children and women, and communal meals.
The mosque officials expressed their great happiness for being able to serve the Ahlulbayt faith, emphasizing that the Imams of guidance are the ships of salvation not only for Shia or Muslims but for all of humanity who recognize their rights and appreciate their great morals.
They also highlighted that influencing and attracting others requires adopting the principles of peaceful coexistence and positive dialogue, by reflecting the authentic Muhammadan ethics embodied by the Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them.
