Crowds of mourners converge in Holy Kadhimiya to commemorate martyrdom of Imam Musa Al-Kadhim
Large numbers of mourning Mawakibs from all over Iraq, as well as Arab and foreign countries, have gathered near the holy shrine of Imam Musa Al-Kadhim, peace be upon him, to commemorate the anniversary of his sorrowful martyrdom.
Shia Waves correspondent said that “large crowds of faithful mourners with their Mawakibs came to Holy Kadhimiya to renew their commitment to Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them, by commemorating their great occasions and performing the sacred rituals.”
The mourners emphasized in their talk to Shia Waves Agency that this bloody tragedy of the martyrdom of Imam Musa Al-Kadhim, peace be upon him, is one of the painful occasions for the Shia followers of Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them.
It should be mentioned that millions of Shia Muslims are heading on foot towards Holy Kadhimiya, Baghdad, to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Musa Al-Kadhim, on the 25th of the current month of Rajab 1445AH, corresponding to February 6th, 2024.
