In its message, the organization said, “Amid the exceptional events that the international community is going through this period, charitable work has emerged as an advanced humanitarian imperative that seeks to restore hope and balance to some societies.”
The International Day of Charity, which falls on us on the fifth of September, comes as an international agreement aimed at drawing attention to this great humanitarian activity.
It added, “Among the most prominent of these challenges is the financial funding of organizations and groups active in this field on the materialistic and moral level, which calls for all interested parties to contribute and work to provide the requirements for the sustainability of charitable work in many parts of the international community.”
ISWF continues saying, “This activity has a vital, influencing role in the various exceptional and natural circumstances that states and societies go through alike, and it contributes to extending a hand and assistance when some responsible parties are unable to fulfill their duties towards civilians.”
The foundation called on all responsible government and social authorities and empowered philanthropists to support organizations, bodies and gatherings active in the field of charitable work.
