A meeting was held in the afternoon of Wednesday, August 16, with the presence of political parties, clerics, and prominent Shiite figures, in protest against the approval of the controversial blasphemy law in Pakistan.

In this one-day gathering, the speakers discussed and exchanged opinions about this law and mentioned the agenda that some radical groups have considered for pushing this law.
