Iraq’s Security Media Cell has announced the killing of a number of ISIS terrorists in an air raid on Hamrin mountains in the country’s northeast.
The Media Cell said in a statement today Friday June 2, seen by Shia Waves Agency, that, “Based on accurate intelligence information, the Iraqi army carried out air raids by F-16 aircraft on Hamrin mountains, within Diyala Operations Sector.”
The statement added that the airstrikes resulted in the killing of a number of terrorists, and the destruction of their dens, used for conducting terrorist attacks to target security forces and civilians.
